Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth coordination of inventory, storage, and transportation activities. You will be responsible for handling stock levels, organizing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

An excellent Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They should be able to coordinate effectively with suppliers, transport teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

The goal is to ensure efficient warehouse management, accurate inventory control, and timely distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination
• Good understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle shipping, receiving, and dispatch operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
